NH Energy Week Breakfast Agenda & Speakers Announced

Join Governor Chris Sununu, Commissioner Taylor Caswell, business leaders and energy experts for breakfast during NH Energy Week 2018

Concord, NH – Gov. Chris Sununu, joined by business leaders and energy experts, headline the 2nd annual New Hampshire Energy Breakfast on March 15, one of several events happening as part New Hampshire Energy Week.

Two panel discussions will explore the impact and opportunities energy presents to the state. Panelists Jack Kenworthy, head of development at Walden Green Energy; Kristin Bahny, associate project manager at TRC and Andrew Goldberg, energy and facilities project manager at Ahold Delhaize, parent company of Hannaford Brothers Grocers, will examine Energy Investment and Infrastructure Opportunities for New Hampshire, moderated by Maureen Smith, of Orr & Reno’s environmental and energy practice groups.

Clean Tech and Workforce Development will be discussed by panelists Jimmie Hinson of the Department Business and Economic Affairs; Keegan Smith, field sustainability coordinator at Coco Cola Bottling of Northern New England., and Dan Clapp, general manager and partner at Revision Energy, and moderated by Will Stewart, executive director of Stay Work Play.

The keynote speaker will be Commissioner Taylor Caswell of Business and Economic Affairs. Commissioner Caswell will discuss clean tech and energy as it relates to our state’s economy.

The breakfast, said Katy Easterly Martey of the New Hampshire Community Development Finance Authority, is “designed to showcase the many opportunities for investing in efficiency and clean energy projects throughout the state, as well as opportunities to connect our workforce development efforts with the growing clean tech industry.”

The breakfast will be held from 8-9:30 am, at The Grappone Center in Concord. Tickets are free, but registration is required at nhenergyfuture.org.
