For more information, please contact Sandy Lafleur at (603) 654-1245 or souhegansustainabilityfair@gmail.com

The Souhegan Sustainability Fair is sponsoring engaging and informative programs outside of their Annual Fair (this year on Saturday, May 4th from 10:00 – 4:00 at the Wilton-Lyndeborough Cooperative School.)

We are pleased to offer a program on “Permaculture” by Dave McConville at the Wilton Public Library, 7 Forest Road in Wilton, NH on Tuesday, February 12th at 7:00 pm. Free admission.

We live in a culture where meeting our daily needs and wants has caused much environmental destruction leading to climate change, pollution, social and economic inequality and mass extinction.  How do we redesign our world to regenerate our environment and our culture?  Permaculture can help us find the answers. This presentation explains what permaculture is and discusses its ethics, principles and design process while presenting some ways to build strong, resilient local communities and make the transition from consumers to producers.  There will be time for Q & A following the presentation.
