Architects on Architecting: Join the Hootenanny on Wednesday, October 28

Architecture 2030 is a fine goal. But how do we get there? Not in a vacuum, that’s for certain. Join a panel of experienced passive building architects who will open with PechaKucha presentations, then an open discussion about their experiences–and about the pressing challenges ahead. A Q&A will follow.

Terrell Wong will moderate. Terrell has over 25 years of architecture experience. In 2006, Terrell lead the winning team to Canada’s National Archetype Sustainable House Award. In 2012, Terrell’s firm, Stone’s Throw Design Inc., completed the first insulated rammed earth house in Ontario.

The full panel brings a rich and diverse set of experiences:
Catherine Baker, FAIA, Principal, Landon Bone Baker Architects, Chicago
Chris Benedict, CPHC® Owner, Chris Benedict, RA, NYC
Matt Fine, AIA , CPHC, Project Manager, Peabody Architects, Alexandria, Virginia
James Hartford, AIA, CPHC, LEED AP, River Architects, Hudson Valley, New York
Andrew Steingeiser, RA, CPHC, LEED AP, Project Architect, SGA Architects, Boston, Massachusetts
Register now! And while you’re at it, register for any and all sessions

All sessions will run from 4-6 pm CT, 5-7 ET, and 2-4 PT. Each earns 2 CPHC and AIA CEUs.
Registration is free and a la carte. But we do strongly encourage donations. PHIUS will split all donations with I-NOMA to support Project Pipeline and other programs that foster minority participation in architecture.
