  • “World’s Operating Nuclear Fleet At 30 Year Low As New Plants Stall” • Some 408 nuclear reactors were operating in 31 countries in July 2020, a decline of 9 units from mid-2019 and 30 fewer than the 2002 peak of 438, the annual World Nuclear Industry Status Report showed.   • “Maine Company Looks To Tidal Power As Renewable Energy’s Next Generation” • Ocean Renewable Power Company, based in Portland, Maine, is looking to put itself on the map.
