NHEC to Sponsor Drive Electric Week Event September 14 at Common Man Inn

Come test drive a  new Electric Vehicle (EV)  and learn how affordable it is to own a Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) or Plug-In Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) at a local National Drive Electric Week event sponsored by New Hampshire Electric Cooperative (NHEC)  and hosted by the Common Man Inn in Plymouth on September 14 from 3-7 p.m.

There will be a number of EV’s on display.  Meet representatives from local dealerships and NHEC to learn more of this emerging technology.  Get more information on NHEC incentives up to $1,000 for members who purchase EVs this year. Also scheduled to be on display is a Tesla Model X, the all-electric, all-wheel drive SUV that can go up to 295 miles on a single charge. The Model X is also the quickest SUV in production, capable of accelerating from zero to 60 miles per hour in 2.9 seconds. There will also be information available about a special financing rate from Granite State Credit Union for members who purchase an EV.
