Littleton Food Co-op Grand re-opening

Littleton Food Co-op will celebrate its expanded store grand re-opening , with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Friday, May 19th at 10:00 AM at the Littleton Food Co-op, 43 Bethlehem Rd, Littleton, NH 03561. They are delighted to celebrate with the community of members, member lenders, community lenders and local representatives. The Littleton Food Co-op is a member-owned grocery store. The movement to bring a regional cooperative food store to Littleton began in early 2006. The initial informational meeting, called by Co-op President Jeffrey Wheeler and Vice President Michael Claflin, drew an enthusiastic crowd of more than 300 people from Littleton and surrounding towns in both New Hampshire and Vermont. After just opening our doors in May 2009, we’re excited to celebrate the grand re-opening of our now expanded store and thank everyone who made it possible.  After the ribbon cutting ceremony there will be an energy tour of the expanded building and light refreshments.

On Saturday, May 20 from 10 am – 3 pm Littleton Co-op will be having a community celebration at the store.  This will be  a day of entertainment, samplings and give-aways.

Green Energy Times published an article about the energy efficient design of the co-op’s expansion in the October 2016 issue.  Click here to read the article.
