NYSERDA Now Accepting Applications for Round 3 of Solarize Campaigns

Community-based NY-Sun Solarize campaigns improve access to solar

The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) has announced that applications are now being acceped for the third round of support for Solarize campaigns for communities across the State. Under Governor Andrew M. Cuomo’s NY-Sun program, Solarize campaigns make going solar easier and more affordable for residents and business owners through community-driven campaigns. NY-Sun is an essential component of the Governor’s Reforming the Energy Vision, REV, strategy to build a cleaner, more resilient, and affordable energy system for all New Yorkers.  Read the press release.

Communities interested in applying to the program are encouraged to attend the Community Solar NY Round 3 Webinar on Wednesday, September 21st at 12 pm.
